Loved how sporty the car drove during the test drive but after just a week of owning the car (purchased brand new) it was in the shop for overheating problems. A month later it was in the shop again for overheating problems and now for a third time its in the shop for overheating and lack of acceleration. Definitely not a good experience with Dodge thus far...back to Toyota I go!

Worst car ever bought it from a certified dealership thought i was getting a good car but didnt . Had the car for a year and a couple of months , every 3 months from the day i bought it something went wrong not finna break everything down but i got a new alternator , Air compressor , battery , transmission , evap system , and countless tire pressure system sensors . For one dodge dealerships dont know what there doing over there besides taking your money and two dodge darts aren’t worth s*** ! Just recently was in the Middle of a busy intersection and the battery light turned on in the car shut off with a brand new alternator and battery thank God the car cut back on long enough for me to go trade it in best decision ever middle of a busy intersection and the battery light turned on in the car shut off with a brand new alternator and battery thank God the car cut back on long enough for me to go trade it in best decision ever .

Where to begin. This thing is utter trash. If GM had shame they would have never released this thing. Repairs are very expensive and overly complicated with no reason other than what can only be surmised as bad faith intent by the company to prevent home repairs and even shop repairs are difficult and overly expensive. Nothing but an oil burner with engine and mechanical issues. Burns oil regularly which most darts do due to improper machining and computer (they just swapped a 2014 ECM into a 2015 model which has different operating specs). Avoid at all cost. I would say the Pinto was far superior a design even including the risk of death. This car makes an excellent lawn orniment
