Love the Chrysler Hybrids!
My wife and I simply loved our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. In my view, it's the best combination on the market at present. The only reason we traded was to secure new safety features in the new version that we anticipate needing this next summer. Price was a factor as well as Chrysler had a couple of really good deals.
Comfortable vehicle to pamper you.
Despite its high price tag, there are a ton of discounts to make it to the low to mid 30's range for the hybrid. Just did a 2k mile road trip and my 3y/o was still looking forward for more. Tons of comfort and utility to pamper the riders and driver.

Completely Unreliable
We've had our 2020 Pacifica Hybrid for about a year & half with 18,000 miles on it. Our first trip to the dealer for service was a week after we got it, when it needed battery coolant-to which the service manager tried to tell me there was no such thing-clearly he wasn't familiar with the hybrid. It has also been towed to the dealer TWICE since we got it because of electrical issues & not being able to get it to run-the 2nd time they had to replace the 12V battery in hopes of that fixing the problem. The check engine light is on and has been for a month-it went to the dealer for that too, for which they've ordered a battery heater & it will need to go back for FIFTH time for that to be put it. Oh & they're also monitoring the level of the battery coolant because that was again low. I really like the interior features & comfort of the vehicle, great on long trips, comfortable seats, so many bells & whistles! It does get loud when running on engine vs. battery. As a single car household we need something more dependable.
