2025 Chevrolet Trax Consumer Reviews

Possible safety issue-no inside trunk release.
I really love my 2025 that I just picked up last week, but I have one major concern. There is no interior trunk release button on my LT model nor is there a release button on the key fob. What if there was an accident involving water or an embankment, I can't hop out and pop the trunk from the outside?!!! If I'm missing it, please advise. I contacted the dealership, they said I would need to have upgraded to the 2RS or ACTIV to have the inside trunk release. At first I didn't mind, but now the more I think about it....it definitely is a concern.

Great Value
Bought a 25 LT with all options (sunroof, lane assist, Blind Spot detection) for $25,250! All other competitors doesn't even come close ! 3 Cyl Engine is more than adequate for daily driving, hoping with regular maintenance, it will be reliable for years to come. so far put in 1500 miles to date, and no complaints. Sure there are areas of improvements, such as no rear AC vents, or extendable sun visors or rear seat cupholders & seat back pockets, but at this price point, I'm not complaining.

Nice Ride
This compact SUV rides well. Great response in steering on curves in road. Comfortable seats and placement of features easy to learn. Nice wide computer display with an array of options.

what if.Camaro.......... little SUV?
LOL not a Camaro, almost could be, I love this little car, seems not to so little, stands out among other cars in parking lot, mine is white, basic entry level, has all the tech and safety features, no sunroof, so what, no heated seats, rarely needed where I live, decent enough audio, nothing special, in short, it is a classy car, and it does get smiled at, I was a dyed in the wool Saab lover, then Subaru - now, first brand new Chevy, will stay with Chevy, this Trax has just what I need, I am in my 70;s.
