Used 2007 Chevrolet Malibu Consumer Reviews
Great, Reliable Vehicle
I owned my malibu for three years. Bought it in 2020 with 5700 miles (yes, 5700), and put 30k on it before selling to a friend of mine to help him out. I never had any issues with the car and I trusted it to go anywhere. Could use some more HP, but gas mileage is great. I averaged around 34-35 mpg going 70-80 mph on the highway. You can't go wrong with one of these if they've been taken care of!

You Get What You Pay For
I bought this car because I wanted a 4- door car with good gas mileage. I didn't expect too much. I'm satisfied with the car. There is a rattle around the passenger dash/firewall. It is pretty much constant. There is another rattle around 45mph that seems to come from under the car. Other people have reported these rattles.
Rattle under the dashboard
I bought my 2007 Malibu LTZ in September 2009 with 22100 miles. Very clean and sporty. Stereo system sounds great. Only problem is when I'm driving on the highway an annoying rattle comes and goes under the dashboard. Sounds like a leaf stuck in the vent but it's not. It sounds like it is coming from the heating/cooling system. I noticed many others had same complaints of an annoying rattle under the dashboard.
