This is an awsome car from every aspect. The engine is fearsome, the exterior wonderful and the interior handsome beyond compare. The ride is akin to going down the road in your living room with total feel of the road. The only drawback is the police that find your control outside of their interpretation of the law. The controls are all so easy to understand and use I can't conceive of preferring the complicated BMW or Mercedes. In a nutshell it is fantastic!

After 1200 miles, still honeymooning, I have had zero initial problems. I chose the Audi after considering the 745, Lexus LS 430, and believe it or not, the X5 and Toureg. The 745 was closest but after really working at it, I remained confounded by the BMW iDrive system. I am a technology geek and this was over the edge. The MMI interface on the Audi is much more intuitive, but you do have to be a person willing to live with it for a week of daily use until you get the knack of it. The LS 430 was too stodgy looking, the X5 interior kludgy, and the Toureg was too funny looking for my taste. So, the A8L it was, and man am I happy about it.

This the best luxury sedan bar none! I have owned MB, BMW (my last car that I couldn't wait to dump with all its problems), and even an old Jaguar. The design, style, quality, luxury, and performance spell nothing but refinement. After buying this vehicle, I studied Audi's history to know more about its past and now I know that the A8L lives up to Audi's grand heritage and sporting history. Audi has one of the richest histories of any marquee. A true marquee. Not a marketing gimmick like a Lexus.

Intuitive Software for navagation system which is the heart of all accessories. Great sound and beautiful interior.

I bought a brand new car and within 3000 miles it broke down. The dealership has had our car longer than we have. We have no idea when we will get it back. A car that cost 85 thousand dollars shouldn't break down in less than a month. I'm very disappointed with my first Audi and I will never buy another one. I should have bought a Mercedez.
