There is one 2007 XL7 at Payne Suzuki Brownsville ,Texas, approx 1000 miles, dealer told me it's a 'rocker arm issue'. They pulled the engine last week and it's still there as of today on service rack with engine pulled. I have a 2006 XL7 with 34000 miles and I have had it at the dealer twice in the past three weeks. It is making a whistling sound that will stop when I turn off the air conditioning. The dealer says it is "just a charateristic noise" of Suzuki models. It is driving me crazy! I also have a squeak from the front suspention. Please HELP!
We bought a 2007 XL7 two weeks ago. The second day we had the car the battery was dead. Had it replaced and then the charging system was not reading over 12.3 volts while running. Replaced the alternator but the car still ranges from 12.3 to 14.2 volts while running or idling. Last Saturday the front control stopped working. V* we traded in on the XL7We purchased a new 2007 Suzuki XL7 Dec 2006. So far we have accumulated about 6000 miles. We have had zero problems.
