I called about 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with 5200 miles they had advertised. They had it all ready to go when I got there. Warmed up and in the garage. We looked it over with the salesman and then out for the drive as they looked over our trade. We made the deal with the sales manager and salesman shook hands and filled out the stuff for our financing. All good. Then bam, SORRY if you want that used van it will be $2000 more. That one looks the same as the otherone and it also has 5200 miles but its $2000 more. "You can leave mad but I don't want you to hate us" but we need $2000 more than the deal you just made and shook hands on. Crappy, what ever happened to shaking hands and a man's word. Stand behind your deal. Sketchy. If I would have read the reviews from the last week or two I would not have even went there. Looks like they have had a rough couple weeks. Stupid me.

I did not see or drive the vehicle until I arrived at the dealership after agreeing on a color combination, options and a price. I live in the Des Moines area about two hours from this dealership. After getting quotes from dealerships in 5 states David had the best price and he made it worth the two hour drive as price was the driving factor. I had many interactions with him on the phone and via email. All were very positive. When we got to the dealership we test drove the Odyssey and he explained in detail all the features (and there are many). We were pleased with all the time he took to make sure we understood the features and knew how to use them. Further, he said he would send us, via email, videos that would be be beneficial if we forgot how to use something. True to his word we have received those videos. Everything was exactly as he said it would be when we arrived. The paper work was in order, the vehicle was clean inside and out (as it should be), and he answered all our questions.
