The KIA Dealership in Kingwood is stocked with really nice cars..SUVs & trucks. I wanted to buy me a newer vehicle...a small suv is what I was looking for. We went to all the big dealers on 59...didn't find anything I really liked until we arrived at the KIA Dealership in Kingwood. Then I couldn't make up my mind. Our salesman was Leonardo Enriquez and we couldn't have gotten a better sales person. We told him what I was looking for and how much I could spend. And he did everything in his power to accommodate me. I left there in the suv I wanted and my payment was acceptable. Plus my son traded in his Denali for a Suv that was ever bit as nice as his Denali but he's gonna save on gas! Plus..when I went to finance...Chad..I'm not sure of his last name...was awesome...his job was having to do with the finance part of the sale...I already had a great warranty that covered my vehicle...well he showed me another warranty that he thought would be good for me..but I told him no it was too much. So he excluded some of the items that he thought I wouldn't need and it lowered the payment. Glad I got the extra warranty. So go to Kingwood KIA Dealership if youre looking for a new or newer vehicle and ask for Leonardo Enriquez who will take good care of you..whatever he has to do to get you in your dream car...he'll do it! Sad when you offer a fair profit price which is accepted and they lie saying the vehicle is sold.. In the email telling me my offer was accepted, they asked when I could be there the next morning. I called the salesman 3 hours later to find "I'm SO sorry but someone came in and just drove off in it" But we can get you one just like it in just 2 weeks-same price we agreed upon." The car is still on their lot listed FOR SALE. So not only do they play games with customers time but lie as well. I even agreed to pay a "dealer fee" putting the price a few hundred dollars over sticker-I knew I was basically giving them this money in addition to the 3% holdback that Hyundai gives them for the sale. So a profit over $1,000 wasn't enough for them? THAT says quite a bit. Greed never pays. They also juggle you between multiple sales people ,all who have no idea what the others had told me.
