The worst car buying experience I've ever had. It started with waiting 3.5 hrs to complete the purchase only to be repeatedly given false information about the ESP PremiumCARE plan I purchased. I left a total of 8 voicemails for Khemary & Richard in Finance and Jessica Barrett (sales manager) over the course of 2 weeks and did not receive a single call back. I had to drive from Castle Pines to the dealership 106 miles roundtrip twice just to get answers as to why I did not receive the extended warranty I paid for and still it's not been resolved. This is absolutely the worst run dealership I have ever encountered. I'm a paying customer who bought and F150 from the dealership and this is the level of customer service I received. I cannot put into words how disappointing the entire experience has been. I plan on leaving reviews on every site I can from Google Reviews to Yelp, BBB, Cars.com, Autotrader, Edmunds and any other site I can find. They are very nice to you while you're buying the vehicle and once that's complete you're on you own. They do not want anything to do with you. There are so many Ford dealerships in the Denver-metro area you DO NOT want to give them your business.

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys should be thrown in jail. They are shady! I leased a Ford Ranger from them in 2019. Now when I was trying to buyout my lease they started tacking on fees like crazy. On the app, it said my payout was 23, 677.60. So, I called to make an appointment and they told me it was going to be 26,808.98. This includes a "Pre Delivery Service Charge" (900), processing fee (250), electronic filing fee (60) and a tire fee of 5.00! I understand there is a process to filing all the paperwork, transferring titles, etc, however there are already fees built in for that stuff in the beginning, we as customers just don't see it. All these fees had an asterisk next to them which read "these charges represent costs and PROFIT for the dealer for items such as inspecting, and cleaning....etc"They weren't inspecting or cleaning anything! They literally were saying the truck is AS IS, no warranty, nothing! And why are they charging for tires? I'm keeping the tires that are on it. So, back to the story. I called and said...uh uh. You must have lost your mind. I am not paying all these fees . FYI, there have been numerous articles talking about car dealerships adding on fees when leasing. It goes against the Consumer Leasing Act of 1976, and if you already paid, you can actually get a refund on those fees. Google "pay a dealer fee when buying out a lease", many Orlando TV stations have run pieces on the scam. So I spoke with Hassan and he quoted me my initial number, plus taxes, plus a tag fee. So i head to the dealership... I get there and meet Michael George Jabron. He brings out a paper that says I owe all these fees, but the price is lower now. Now I only owe 25,518. I told him I wasn't;t going to pay these fees again. He says it's not a problem. He has been doing this for 15 years and this is the way it is and that I can talk to the finance guy. So, I meet the finance guy Josh. Jos immediately knows there is going to be trouble because I opened with, I am not paying these crap fees, and according to the Consumer Lease Protection Act of 1976 you can't add fees at the end that weren't agreed on in the beginning of signing the lease. Josh looks a bit stunned, then walks out. (this is where things get nuts)... They Bring in Alvaro (General Sales Manager). A very large and aggressive man. He is going to try to manipulate numbers and come up with crap scenarios and try to bully his way into getting what he always gets, which is ripping off the customer. He gets mad when I meet him toe to toe and tell him I am going to sign and pay for exactly what we agreed on in the beginning. Finally he acts like he is going to carve, they lower the payout cost of my truck to make the numbers line up so that they can still have all their line items show all their dealer fees. At this point...I am not getting screwed, but I think their agreement with Ford may not be being upheld. I told him I want to pay exactly what I owe, and I want the line items for the fees to show 0. They told me their software doesn't do that (I highly doubt that when they wrote N/A all over other lines). I'm not a coder, but I am also not an idiot. Alvaro then says to me, something to the effect of why do you care how the numbers are being distributed when you are paying the same price. I told him that I am apparently a more principled person, and I just want what I sign to reflect exactly what we agreed on. Nothing more, nothing less. He again tried to talk down to me in hopes that he might bully me into this like he clearly has done in the past. Comically, I had my wife on the phone who is very knowledgeable about car sales, and she said, we will just record this call to make sure that Ford is aware of what you are doing. Because someone is getting screwed for sure! He then said I needed to leave right now! I made sure that I witnessed him shredding my paperwork and then I left!

By 5:00 p.m. I was on my way with a new car and the folks at Allan Vigil Lincoln, which included Israel and finance manager Tony Wiggins, are to be congratulated for conducting a highly professional, swift and efficient business transaction from my first contact via Auto Trader to the full tank of gas provided for my ride home. When shopping for my next automobile I will definitely begin the process by contacting Israel Thompson and Allan Vigil Lincoln first of all!
