2015 Chrysler 200
I started off with the 2.4L 200S. I loved that car, it was only spunky enough to pass on the highway in Sport mode, the interior is gorgeous, the infotainment system is still enjoyable even 7 years later. Sadly, this car was totaled when a deer ran right into me when I was traveling about 60mph. I'm amazed that the 200S kept that deer out of the cab, but my car was totaled. And I'd … put 178,000 miles on that vehicle and loved every minute of it. It carried my baby to children's hospital in the western PA winter four times a week for months, was taken on countless family trips, and gave me a little bit of "vroom vroom " when I just needed a little fun.
I looked and looked for anything in my price range that was comparable to the 200S. Nothing is a nice for the price. Nothing even comes close.
I purchased a 200S 3.6L V6 with AWD and low miles. I bought it out of state so I got to have an extended first drive. I have new features to play with, like heated seats and remote start, that my previous vehicle didn't have. The cabin is still the beautiful mix of sport and comfort that I love. But the ride! I giggled like a little kid the first time I slapped her into sport mode and really opened her up. She is fast!! Not just spunky, FAST. I'm so excited to put 178,000 miles on this 200S!
