This new X3 will most assuredly hold its value. The outgoing x3, while very good,
suddenly looks dated. The new interior is most shockingly modern and moving into a new era of design for BMW. While this is not as quiet as my ‘23, it’s still quiet. BMW offers 20” wheels with the 30, and the tires are now wider in the rear adding to its incredible agility but there is a hit in ride quality … and noise, though
not too intrusive. The new IDrive 9 is very complicated, and from this posters opinion, unnecessary. The standard 12 speaker sound system is better than adequate although there is a massive amount of sound coming from the center dash area. The side to side balance could be better. Power is great, gas mileage is said to be better than old model, time will tell. Car is solid. No creaks, rattles, funny sounds, very low wind noise, if any.
Fit and finish is second to none. Walk around the car, paint is flawless, all pieces
are well planted. New wheel designs are outstanding. Now X3 is moving into
LUXURY territory.
