Used 2022 Toyota Venza SUV Consumer Reviews
VENSA 2022 SLEEK BEAUTY
LOVE, THIS BEAUTIFUL,, suv so beautiful, so smooth to drive. The hybrid is so great on fuel,, lasts forever,,, so glad i BOUGHT it.The remote start from your phone, is amazing..
Infotainment system ruins the whole thing
Mechanically the Venza has been good so far. We have had no real problems there. It is a little bit loud with road noise and the storage inside could be done better. The mapping and infotainment system have been awful. No infotainment system is perfect but this one has completely soured me on Toyota. The android auto can be finicky about connecting even when hooked directly with a cable. The mapping software is hopelessly out dated. The rural maps are pathetic. The supposedly dynamic navigation(as Toyota calls it) is dynamically bad. Even with it going online to get updated road conditions it is inaccurate. The app doesn't offer services that other manufacturers do. It is slow and buggy. It doesn't recognize the VIN of our vehicles without calling customer service. Speaking of customer service, they have been as helpful as a rock and about as communicative. I can't see us purchasing another Toyota with this kind of aggravation from what is supposed to make things better.

Venza view...
Love the gas mileage!
Loud
10k miles in, my biggest impression is that this is the loudest vehicle we’ve had since purchasing our 2012 Prius V. It is so loud, I no longer like to drive it at all. I also drive a Ford Maverick Lariat hybrid, which is much quieter, and, oddly, has more pick up than our trusty Venza. It’s bad enough that, although we love looks, styling, and comfort, we either need to invest in new tires, or sell the dang thing. No point in having a vehicle you can’t stand to drive.

so many small issues
Overall is good. While I already got the limited trim and passenger seat can be adjusted by button, but why I can't adjust the height of it? All my friends and family when they enter the sit the seat they all feel uncomfortable about the height there and their head almostly hit the roof lol. Secondly, the digital rear view camera. 5/10 times I have to maunally turn it off and turn it on or the screen won't working. I'm pretty mad about it because I just got it brand new for about only one month! And my sales told me that it is pretty common among all the venza owners because of the shortage of toyota production, the toyota rush to produce and handover the car to the customer, so it's just a small bug, while toyota canada made no response towards that... Me: wtf?? Last but not least, it's every time when I brake on the bumpy road I can always hear the nosie at the bottom. It sounds like my bottom was scratched by something I don't know and I can feel my brake lagging a little bit. Although I bring my car to the dealer, the mechanic there didn't find anything wrong about it.... So I decide to come to another toyota dealer again to check about it. Have to say 0/10
