Great vehicle for the price. It does not ride like a truck, yet it gives you all the benefits of having one. Gas mileage is super and the overall comfort make driving fun.

I currently have 68k miles. No problems at all. I have only changed the oil and tires. I am on my second set of tires. Factory tires where Goodyears are very soft. I get around 22-25 hwy mileage. Would buy another one in a minute. Waiting for the redo in '06. Plenty of space, drove to the Keys last year with family, fully loaded, got over 23 mpg. Would get the 4WD next time. ECT snow switch has gotten me out of some tough spots.

Another Toyota!

This our third Toyota my partner and I have purchased. You just can't beat Toyota for it's reliablity. We have had BMW's that spent more time in the repair shop then on the road. We test drove the Honda Pilot. What a dissapointment compared to the Highlander!

I wasn't sure about getting an SUV, but this one was so comfortable. I describe it like this: it's like a car and a van all rolled up into one! I really enjoy driving it. My two children love riding in a more spacious area and really enjoy watching videos on the Dvd player. Glad I got it!

I was a BMW owner for the first time and had a 2001 X5 for 2 years. I loved that car . . . so I thought. Dependability NONE! Decided to go for the Toyotal quality and what I got was an SUV with a better ride than the X5 -much better and $12,000 less in sticker price. Saved a bunch of $$ going with the Highlander and thought I would sacrifice something, however the quality is superb to the BMW and the ride is wonderful. Roomy, fun to drive and love the leather package. Got the Limited with everything and glad I did. Wonderful vehicle and should have went with Toyota 2 years ago instead of the X5. Sacrificed nothing except more $$ in my pocket . . . .
