This is my 3rd 4-runner and I absolutely love them. I finally got my limited and I love the quality, design and service after the sale. You will not find a better quality vehicle for the price. You get what you pay for and this vehicle costs a little more,but, it will run for 250,000 miles rather than the usual 100,000 you find elsewhere. I would recommend this vehicle for someone who wants quality without getting into a Lexus!!

AWESOME SUV. RIDES SMOOTH, ALONG WITH GREAT LOOKS, QUICK TAKE OFF. NEEDS A LITTLE MORE HP. I AM NOT REAL BIG ON 3RD ROW SEATS. IT SEATS 5, ANYMORE AND YOU SHOULD GO AHEAD AND GET A FULL SIZE.

I purchased my '02 4Runner 4WD Limited when it was about 2 years old. I purchased from an acquaintance who I knew took virtually perfect care of all of his vehicles. I purchased this 4Runner as I am one of the very few folks who truly needs 4WD and uses it regularly. I had had previous positive experiences with Toyota 4WD vehicles, and liked the aspects of balance, ground clearance, true box frame, two speed transfer case... in short, I wanted a small truck. So far, so good. My 4Runner still looks and runs virtually like new. Oil changes with Mobil 1 every 5K, plus meticulous maintenance will hopefully allow this vehicle to last for many years.

This is my second Toyota 4Runner LTD 4WD and I am planning on getting another this year. Handling is outstanding. Fixtures and fittings excellent. Reliability is outstanding. Not had 1 problem with either of mine - 1999 or 2002.

The 2002 4runner is the sexiest looking SUV in the market. You have to agree with me on that. The 4runner is also the best offroader in the suv lineup. I used to love chevy and ford but when u drive this thing and feel its power its a totally different STORY!
