Incredible car
One yr and 24k later I've never regretted purchasing my LR RWD M3 (now discontinued). Easily the most enjoyable car I've ever owned; Autopilot is awesome and the "full" self driving, although a bit less than truly full, is astoundingly good. Maintenance is nearly non-existent and I enjoy never having to stop for gas as my 325 mile range eliminates that need except on long trips. Everything about operating the car is intuitive and it gets better continuously with on-air updates. I rejected the first car Tesla tried to deliver in March 2019 due to fit and finish but replacement was fine and from reports it is no longer an issue.

My wife has a new car and I am envious
Update to a previous review (original found below) 25k miles in, this car is amazing. We use in northern NH and it handles the snow (almost) as well as our Subaru despite not putting snow tires on. It is fun to drive and has been very reliable. We would 100% buy again. Range is no problem, and cold weather use is no problem for the battery, however range gets a little shorter. The car just works - there is not much else to say. - - - - - - Original review: My wife recently purchased this car, and now I can’t wait to get one for myself. This car has reimagined what a car can be. Very nice drive. Comfortable. Handling is excellent. Long distance driving is effortless. It’s a great car.

Good car. poor service centers & charging network
I picked this up in Dec 2019, a 2020 model. By August of 2021 I have 15000 miles. Not a lot but I don't have much driving I need to do. The car is really good overall. One negative for me is the size. It is a small car and I'm a large guy and elderly, so getting in and out is uncomfortable. Once inside, there is plenty of room to drive and for front seat passenger but limited in rear. I wish it had Apple CarPlay otherwise the entertainment system is just fine. There is a a lot of crap on the system that I have no interest in but other people might enjoy. The charging network in my state, AZ, is not very good. It puts about two thirds of the state off limits for me because there are no chargers available where I want to go. Also, the charging stations are not well maintained. I've pulled into several, plugged in to a charger, then find out it isn't working. Then have to pull out and into another one and if it is really busy, then wait. Other areas that have a few chargers still require too much planning to just take a casual trip. It is great for my local driving and home charging. The Tesla Service Center is awful. All service scheduling is handled on line, no one to talk to on the phone.I accidentally broke a pin in my charge port so had to schedule service. The closest center is almost 50 miles, I live in the Phoenix metro area. The next available appointment was 6 weeks out. I couldn't wait for six weeks so they told me to just drop in. I was there when they opened, the receptionist took my information and said a service tech would be with me shortly. Two and a half hours before anyone came to talk to me. The good news is they fixed it on warranty even though it was my mistake. My second issue was a vibration in the dash. I went on line to schedule an appointment. 4 weeks out, got the appointment for a Monday. On the previous Sat I got a message that I would be leaving the car, they would give me an UBER credit and couldn't get to the car until Friday. I texted back, why not just make my appointment on Friday. The response was, if I bring it in on Friday, they won't get to it until the following Thursday. I texted back, do you understand what APPOINTMENT means? I got some response about customers are important, we are really busy, blah blah blah. I cancelled the appointment. So, My bottom line is, I wouldn't recommend this car (in AZ) because of the sparse charging infrastructure and the terrible service center. The car is actually pretty great (though small). Elon needs to quit fooling around with that ultra ridiculous hyper loop and take care of the mundane issues that drivers need.

Never again
I bought a Tesla model 3 because I wanted to be green. I was duped I bought the Full self driving package that is NOT self driving. It is literally useless since you have to pay attention all the time. I tried to get my money back and Tesla has horrible customer service with them refusing to refund me and disabling the feature in exchange. Also, panels mismatch and horrible paint job. Ended up returning the car under the CA lemon law... worst experience ever I am now waiting for the new VW ID4 their new electric car that is best selling in Europe
