wow!!!!
excellent handling and ride, incredible V6 engine, bigger than all the rest. and priced right too
Horrible!
Worst car ever. After owning for 1 1/2 years, I have to get rid of it. Have is the key word. It died on the highway. Nobody can tell me specifically what's wrong with it because there's about 8 different things wrong with it. The engine is about to go. There are brake problems, engine problems, thermostat problems, etc. I regret getting this car-- it's had problems since day one. No wonder Saturn's out of business. The reliability of their cars are seemingly terrible.

Wait for the VUE
Check this vehicle out. If the dealership doesn't have one, order yours it's worth the wait.
Unsure
Have owned the VUE for just over a year now. The front end squeeks and rattles over bumps, dealership replaced the front struts noise still there. Vue is going in again next week (for the 3rd time for same problem) Squeek in the rear when going over bumps, Rattle and vibration from front end over bumbs, Squeek in steering column when turning. Should be fixed next week as well (again)
We'll see
I bought this 2002 Vue used in 2022. At 64,000 miles I couldn't pass it up. I've always liked Saturn, though this is the first one I've owned. Read the Carfax, and saw where it had already had the tranny worked on at 50 something thousand miles. Apparently the water pump had also been replaced. But, there had been no other issues with the engine or any other components other than that. I like the way it drives, handles, and the really peppy 3.0 v-6. Pretty amazing for a car that old. There is the usual clunks and rattles associated with any vehicle that old but overall I'm pleased with my purchase. It remains to be seen how well it continues to hold up. I am taking it to my mechanic for a few things, and to flesh out any other issues, but as added protection, I purchased an additional warranty on the engine and powertrain and some of the other electrical components as well as the A/C, for an additional 6 years or 100,000 miles. I really do like this Vue, and plan on driving it until I'm too old to drive anymore. I'm currently 65. I also own a 1999 Towncar with 103,000 miles on it. UPDATE: This is an update from my previous review. Bought a 2002 Vue. 3.0,AWD. 64,000 miles. I have had to now replace valve cover gasket, new struts and shocks all the way around (old ones were original), alignment, and the center support bearing. Considering all of that was original equipment, I expected that. Overall, I'm pleased thus far with my purchase. Love the performance! Rides, handles like new!
