Eco Diesel is the best pickup truck I've owned yet

115,000 miles and this truck has never let me down or been in the shop for any repairs. I do all my own maintenance. Regular oil changes with approved oils only. Filters, tires, one set of brakes and that's it. The cab is comfortable and the drive is quiet. I get outstanding fuel economy, and used the truck to tow a fairly heavy tow hauler for several years before buying a dedicated towing vehicle. I had intended to sell the 1500 when I purchased a 2500, but the ride quality, comfort and fuel economy made that decision too difficult and I now have two Rams in the driveway. One is a daily and the other is for heavy work. The Eco Diesel motor is quiet, composed and powerful. At 60,000 miles I did a stage 1 tune for the engine and the transmission and the truck is nearly as quick as a hemi, but far more composed and quiet. I commute 40 miles each way to work and usually average around 25 miles per gallon. It's a shame the 3.0 diesel engines have been discontinued. My previous ram was a 5.7 hemi and I would not want another. That motor sounded like it was going to self destruct and I'm glad I sold it before it had any major issues. The Eco Diesel reputation isn't great, but regular maintenance has paid off in my case. I expect to have this truck for many years to come. It's holding up great, still looks sharp, the interior is holding up well. The truck still looks and drives amazing.

Love it! Fantastic truck that has a great ride. I had a Hellcat and a Ram Big Horn so I combined them into my TRX. I don’t regret it for a second. The gas mileage isn’t that great but I didn’t buy it for that. It brings a smile to my face every time I drive it.

The 2021 ram 1500 is the best truck ever i will pick 2021 ram 1500 over the new one and the new ram 1500 is a ugly truck

As other reviews have said, the suspension gives this truck a very smooth ride; supposedly attributed to the old style rear suspension. The interior fit and finish is comparable to most luxury SUV. The rear seat room is fantastic, plenty of room for 3 teenage grandchildren.

Problem is that only unhappy owners writing reviews. I have no doubt that RaM is the best truck in class. I switch from f-150 and this is my second Ram in 8 Years. Very comfortable and soft drive, lowest maintenance cost among competitors.

The auto fil form won't allow me to select the 'RAM Classic Night' edition but that's what i have. It runs and drives okay but is not at all comfortable. Mediocre seats and very little storage or organization for small items. Not even in the same league as a comparably priced Ford or Chevy product. Feels old and tired.

Had my truck ( ram big horn )for 4 months now. Ride quality, comfort and fuel economy with mds is excellent. So glad I got rid of my Ford.

So I have a 2021 ram1500 limited eco diesel. Only a couple things I like about this truck after having it for a year. They are air suspension and heated steering wheel. Now for the bad I could go on for pages but I’ll keep it somewhat short engine has a serious lack of power ,seats are super uncomfortable though they would break in and soften up some,radio and navigation systems are horrible never wants to load directions(don’t even attempt to use anymore), also has a very large blind spot from front pillars,and lastly let’s go back to a shifter not the stupid turn dial!!

Dont roll the rear windows down!

Test drive this thing with one rear window rolled down about half way and the vibration will change your mind. It is ridiculous and the dealer says its normal?
