TITAN truely massive
my first new vehicle and shopped around and read the reveiws on this site before I made my decision. WOW!!! what a great decision this the most comfortable, power is immense, the looks the "tuner kids" give when they finally get to the next light is priceless. cannot imagine filling all the storage bins or the cup holders. Only downside would be the mileage but I DONT CARE this is an amazing truck.
V8 Power!
When considering this vehicle, the V8 32 valve engine is what convinced me - not to mention the utility of it. I've put 62,000 miles on it. Love the torque power but have dealt with too much inconsistent quality issues that im considering trading it in. Some of the failures of it were poor brakes (9,000 miles started to shimmy. Dealer repaired it. Not to mention I learned how to repair my brakes afterwards), electrical wiring to a/c blower failed. Door locks froze badly, dealer recall. Differential oil would leak on inner wheel, something not all dealers willing to repair esp. if warranty is up. Gas mpg not accurate to sticker. Ave 12-14. And that's with babying it.

Great truck...even though
I love my truck. I did not realize how much I enjoyed it until I had to be without it. The window regulator broke this past Sunday. Window dropped to the bottom of the door. Not so good for a new vehicle. Gas milage is poor, power is great. Truck can tow every bit of 9100 lbs with package, as advertised. I have put it to great use towing what ever. BVery easy to control and manuver. Get compliments all the time. More storage than one will need. Plenty of room for my 18 mo. old son's car seat, and still have 2 adults in the rear. If only the satilite radio feature was not $320.00. Then I'd be 100% happy.
2004 nissan titan real truck
So far it is a real good truck drives well and handles real well.Has plenty of power sounds good to.Nissan did there home work on this truck it is put together very well. You can see out of it very well.I believe it will be a winner.
Bad Truck! Bad is good here
I traded my 2004 Frontier supercharged truck in for the Titan. I did my research on the Titan and was confident that it would be a good choice to go with it over any other 1/2 ton on the market. I was Right on the money. This Truck will smoke any stock Dodge Hemi with 1000 lbs in the bed of the Titan and the Dodge dry. If you are in the market for a full size 1/2 ton truck I suggest you don't even waste your time on Ford, Chevy or Dodge and drive a Titan. You will want to buy it on the spot!! The only issue I have had with the Titian is the common front brake rotor problem. Nissan is sending all dealers beefed up replacement parts for the front brake issues.
