Windows randomly go down

2022 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 9A)

We purchased a brand new Nissan Pathfinder in October 2021. It seemed great at first, we love the interior minus the passenger seat being low. It is a big jerky and the auto start is premature... but otherwise the ride isn't bad. HOWEVER, the heated seats broke 2 months into owning the car. Once those were fixed, our windows kept randomly going down and went down at 1:30am during a huge snowstorm... the whole car filled with ice and snow. They originally told me they couldn't take it for 5 days. I demanded a replacement and for them to pick it up. Two weeks later and they said nothing was wrong with it. I'm so disappointed... I really wanted to like this car but don't feel like I can trust it due to constantly glitching being only 5 months old!

Absolutely love the 22 pathfinder. Previously owned an 05 and an xterra. Good on gas , managed 11.5l/100km in eco mode, kids love the captains chairs. The HUD is very nice and the ventilated seats. Looked at the explorer, highlander and palisade, sorry ford it looks like you spent $10 on the interior, highlander 3rd row is small and i find the palisade too goofy looking. Also, it comes ready to tow, why can't the others include a hitch, people tow with these things !!!

Screen and comm tech very poor. Passenger seat too

I am the one that drives our 2022 Platinum Pathfinder, my wife is my driving assistant...she has complained every single outing that the passenger seat is way too low and unfortunately fixed without the possibility of adjusting the height...what a drag...the whole comm/entertainment package is either not working right or too difficult to operate. Other issues have to do with the operationn of the rear door by way of swinging your foot under it...it works very sparingly and so does the door handles when trying to lock doors. Hopefully a recall will be issued to fix the passenger seat issue. How is it that something so obvious escapes a design team? Hard to believe!!!

Best new SUV

I looked at the new GV80, Acura, Highlander, and the Volvo and German models and nothing comes close to the amount of room, new technology for a 7 passenger SUV. The Genesis is beautiful, but, it has no touch screen and uses a dial transmission. Plus no true 7 passenger. The Acura has no Auto Pilot and says they are waiting for perfection. Good one. The Highlander interior is cheap looking, with some accordion material over the steering wheel. The new 2022 Volvo looks about the same as the current model, and the recharge goes less than 20 miles on a charge. The new Pathfinder looks great, like a Range Rover. It has the latest Auto Pilot that works in synch with GPS, so it works on most roads and highways. Genesis follows only the highway lines. It has a digital shifter, but, with a traditional and intuitive knob rather than twisting dials or pushing buttons. It offers two digital displays, three rows with a third row for adults, not kids. It’s also redesigned to look more like a truck with solid lines, and a great looking front and rear end. Never owned an Infniti and decided it wasn’t worth the wait for the QX60 which is the fancier model but not as attractive on the front or inside. The quilt dash will get replaced in 2023, trust me. And it’s not worth the extra $10k. All the same tech. So there you go. If style, 6cyl, regular gas, towing, technology, 7 passenger room, and value is your goal, you can’t beat the new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder.

New 2022 Pathfinder is awesome

I've owned 4 different Pathfinders in the past 20 years, and I can tell you that 2022 is by far is the greatest of them all. Gotta mention that none of previous models gave any headache neither, just regular maintenance. My new 2022 SV (base model, no premium package) is full of tech gadgets and safety features like ProPilot, lane assist, automatic emergency breaking, Blind spot intervention and many more. Ride is extremely comfortable and quiet. Fuel economy I am getting is around 25 MPG in mix of highway/city which excellent by my standards for pretty large SUV like Pathfinder.Yes as other people already mentioned auto-start/stop feature is useless and causing jolting of the tranny/engine and to remediate that, every time I start engine, I got into habit to turn this feature off by the button in center console. Couple of things I don't like: 1. Towing package is a part of Premium Package, because of this, instead of costing $700-800, you gotta cough up $2100. 2. The reason I bought SV without premium package is because I MUST have a bench seat on the second row. Premium Package come with captain's chairs. Captain's chairs and Tow Package should be sold like any other dealer-installed accessory. In general, I am VERY happy with purchase.<br>
