I love this car!
I recently bought a 2008 Mazda CX-9 and I am already in love with this car! I went into the dealership with a "Short List" of requirements that I needed in a car (SUV), and the CX-9 had it all. I researched or test drove almost every wagon or SUV on the market before stopping at Mazda.
Best all around 7 passenger SUV
I compared and shopped a long time. I test drove a lot of SUVs. This one doesn't feel like you're driving a big car. It handles great and has plenty power!!! The seats are very comfortable and both front seats are powered. The 7 speaker Bose sound system sounds amazing! I've had the car 3 years now and am the second owner. I have all the records of past service and the most major things it's ever needed is a window regulator. At nearly 170k miles I don't have an engine tap, oil leak or even a noise. Still rides quiet as can be and so smooth. Very happy and hope it lasts years to come!

Sporty SUV
I bought my Mazda CX-9 AWD Grand Touring new in 2008. It has been a great car. I had the spark plugs changed at 126000, 2 wheel bearings replaced at 128000 and of course brakes, tires, battery and other wear out items. Otherwise it's been a great dependable car that's really fun to drive. It doesn't feel cumbersome like many large SUV's.

The Mighty CX-9
Great Car for the price I bought it used and have had no major problems with it, It grips the road good with decent tires I run Toyo's Open Country and take corners at 40 mph without losing traction, Big power from the 3.7 V-6 I can leave most cars sitting at the lights, haven't had a chance to drive it in the snow yet but think it will do great.

Fav Vehicle Owned
i have a 2008 CX-9 GT. It is great for the year. The milage when i bought used was 241,000KM after 2.5 years the only issues I've had were a starter, battery, tires, breaks and wheelbearings. Stuff that always needs updating. After 2.5 years of loving this vehicle I've decided to upgrade to a newer model. The only thing I wish were different is the bluetooth connecting to audio instead of aux. The MPG isnt great but not horrible either, I've had vehicles be worse.
