My passenger side airbag is showing lines on my dashboard cover. Why is that when the airbag never was set off before.

Bought the car 2 years ago have thoroughly enjoyed it. Recently took 2 trips to Florida, realized an actual 32 miles per gallon. Planning to upgrade to the 2019 Grand Touring Reserve.

Great fuel economy for an all-wheel drive SUV. Fun, great handling, and reliable. I am likely going to purchase another Mazda CX-5 when it’s time for a replacement.
