2018 NX 300 - just the right fit

Smooth, comfortable, quiet, roomy and reliable. Cons: Not the most powerful engine, but you won't miss it. Small cargo but if cargo is what your looking for then you go up a class anyway. Remote start would be nice to add.

Love it but would prefer a 6 cylinder

I really like my NX300. I would have preferred an Rx350 but a car accident sent me to this vehicle unexpectedly. It rides nice and mine is very sporty. Lots of bells and whistles but also lots of really good safety measures.

This care is a smart buy for anyone jumping into the luxury market, especially if you are single. This might not be good for a family of 5 at all but if you need something to pack camping stuff in and go on a long road trip in a bit of luxury it’s great. Tough things about it include the need to fill tires with nitrogen. Topping the tires off can be done at any dealership for free but if you are in a tough spot and need to fill the. With regular air you can but should have them deflated and freckled with nitrogen as soon as possible. Premium gas is needed as well but running it in eco mode helps save on gas. The interior is amazing, and the entire car feels solid and looks beautiful. Lexus really pays attention to the details, everything from puddle lights in the door handles coming on automatically when you approach the car to auto folding mirrors when locked. This is definitely a single or childless couples ideal car. Or an older car but type. Nobody in the middle with a lot of kids would find any use for this car at all. Especially considering you have to take good care of it, with nitrogen in the tires premium gas and yes car washes. One thing about this car is that it can rust pretty easy so if you live in a hard weathered area like me (I live in Wisconsin) where there is a lot of precipitation and salt on the roads, you are going to want to wash the under body of the car every couple of weeks and try and have the thing garaged. Again, it’s a single person or childless couple’s car so you gotta take care of it like that. But if you are considering it and have the time to take care of it then it will take care of you. Maintenance cost is low because of common parts with Toyota and flawless reliability so it won’t give you issues if you keep up with it. Finally, I’d say with snow it is good especially in the forced all wheel drive mode but you gotta be careful depending on the type o snow. If you want to keep up with the 4x4’s on the road you are gonna need some super grippy tires. It is ultimately OK on snow but I wouldn’t drive it like an SUV.

Stunning Lovable Lexus 300NX!

This Lexus NX fits me perfectly since I am all of 5 ft 3 in tall. We were involved in a complete rollover and landed upside down in our 2010 RX. The RX never collapsed even though all our weight was above us while I pulled my unconscious husband from the vehicle. Which is why we have a 300NX, especially with all the safety technology we now have in our 300NX.
