Supremely Impractical and a Pleasure to Own
Fantastic car. This is a car to drive solely for the pleasure of driving. It is very responsive, sounds awesome, and turns heads. Touch the accelerator and its off to the races. It is a totally impractical car, gets terrible gas mileage, has limited trunk space, and is the best car that I have ever owned. I wish I would have been able to buy one earlier.

Can't stop smiling
It drives and feels as good as it looks (mine is red) Its sleek, responsive, and just plain fun to drive. Don't expect to use the back seat for anything other than storage, but the front seats are roomy and comfortable. Nice acceleration and power that could get me into trouble if I'm not careful. I appreciate the safety features, especially lane assist as the assist is gentle, and love the automatic low/high beam feature. I also appreciate the remote start although annoyed after paying this much for a car that after the first year I have to pay to keep that and other features. (one of my favorites is the car location feature) Also find it odd that with using remote start it actually turns off when I enter the car. I don't recall previous cars with that feature doing that. Final frustration that I hope Lexus hears is the entertainment system. I think they could have done better. Final thought - don't buy this car unless you're comfortable with attracting attention and having strangers take pictures of your car and approach you to share their appreciation for such a beautiful car. 2 1/2 years (and 20,000 miles) later I’m still smiling. No issues (other than the fuel pump recall that occurred early on), still enjoying the looks and constant compliments. Wouldn’t own any other car

What a Special Vehicle
Best looking and touring car I have driven or been in. I prefer the handling of a car over a SUV, my wife prefers the height and comfort of her SUV. When ever we use to go somewhere together she would prefer we take her Cayenne over my GS F-Sport. Now it’s let’s take the LC! Truly in a class of its own in the touring coupe category. Long on luxury in and out and even the feel of the relationship between the car, driver and road is luxurious! Yet the sound and performance of the naturally aspirated V-8 still confirms what you see getting into this beauty, that it is a special and rare beast.

Fast and comfortable
It’s more comfortable than the german coupes that cost 30-50k more. you can wake up neighbours in a five blocks radius and hear almost nothing when you have the windows up. people who drove lexus and all major german brands will know what I‘m talking about. Even its rwd and weight pretty heavy on paper, it still handles like a small coupe. You will be speeding without noticing it because the cabin is so quiet and you don‘t feel the road. people who has carplay, siri will works a lot better because its so quiet.

Brakes are terrible!! and getting worse
I complained about the brakes a year ago as I was one of the first owners of the LC500. They are definitely getting worse. The brakes squeal on a consistent basis which I am told is normal by the dealer. In addition, I have had to take my car in multiple times. Apparently, my passenger side rear wheel starts squealing to the point that the vehicle cannot be driven. The diagnosis is that a rock may have gotten into the wheel??? So the same wheel had a rock dislodged 3 times in a matter of 6 months. I have been driving for 23 years now and own 2 other vehicles--this has never happened to me. Yet, somehow I managed to get a rock stuck in the same wheel 3 times in a short amount of time??? Oh, one more thing, I barely drive this vehicle in Northern VA and never go over unpaved roads. In short, Lexus needs to address this issue ASAP...its embarrassing!!
