After having the wagoneerS for 2 months and less than 3600 miles complete electronic failure. No answers from Stellantis other than they continue to "work" on my new lease i should make all payments or run risk of default. I have not had my WagoneerS for over 70 days as it sits in service. Customer since 2015. Never again, and I have commented to all my colleagues as I will here...stay away from Jeep products until Stellantis figures out their consumer base. Mike G

A great upgrade

Its got a wonderful and quiet interior. Im coming from a Leaf and a bolt. Its far quieter than any ICE car. The interior in the Launch version is a super nice upgrade. I think Edmunds is off base on several of their findings, as there is a lot to learn in driving the car as far as range estimation and use. FOr their cruise control issue, there is a "creep" setting that with allow the car to roll or brin it to a stop. It sounds like they had creep set to "on". As far as reliability issues, those were real, with long storage times for the 2024s, many 12v batteries were discharged. However as of early July soft ware updates have been released fixing 95% of the problems people experience. as a result you can actually get a low cost lease on a very enjoyable vehicle. With the discounts on offer it has both the value and the features to compete. time willt tell if reliability is as good, but EV are intrinsically more reliable than ICE cars, so it should be fairly good, long term.

I bought this vehicle brand-new three days later the vehicle out of nowhere shut off took it to the Dealer twice and they still haven’t figured out. What’s the problem. The worst vehicle I have ever bought in my life the Dealer super rude they didn’t even cover the rental. I had to pay from my pocket and still having a lot of issues with the vehicle not safe to drive weird suspension noise coming out every day I turn it on Christmas light on the dash I don’t know what kind of warning lights it’s coming on. I don’t know how the Dealer is selling this kind of unsafe car to people. And they also lied about the range I got told when I bought it, you’ll get 303 miles I’m barely getting on a full charge 255. The most is not worth a penny cheap quality on the interior all kind of electrical problems in this car and I barely drove it for two months and now I’m screwed because I don’t wanna take it back to the dealer they don’t have rental to give me always. They told me you have to get your own rental and the manufacture they will reimburse you the rental cost but last time they didn’t even pay me half of it, I had to put out of my pocket.

Work in Progress

Let's start with I am a retired Chrysler (FCA) management employee. This is a Company sponsored lease vehicle. I like this car, its design, its ride, its comfort, its features. I was excited to get it. The accolades will end here. I live near Hilton Head South Carolina. Charging stations are scarce. If you do find one they are level one and level two. They're OK if you have all day. Superchargers are in Savannah and Charleston areas. If you're on the road you need a supercharger (level 3) . Charging on the road is not economical as compared to gas. A level 3 charge is about $.50 kwh. 17 cents per mile as opposed to $3.00 gas costing about 15 cents per mile. Stellantis does not have a charging agreement with TESLA. Their chargers know who's plugged in. If it's not Tesla electric vehicles they're behind the 8 ball. I would have to say that unless highway infrustructure improves significantly, Domestic manufacturers get licence agreements with Tesla to charge on their equipment or you never go far from home. Stay away from EVs they are too far ahead of their time for average users.

Be Mine Valentine!

You can’t imagine my surprise when my husband drove home with a new Wagoneer S for Valentine’s Day. At first I was skeptical. Electric vehicles are known for problems, especially in early production. Now I’m thinking, best Valentine’s Day ever! There’s so much to love! Let me get right to dependability. Nearly 4000 miles and not one serious issue. Jeep took time to roll this vehicle out and it shows. There’s been a recall for a minor headlight issue, which the dealer fixed in a jiffy and while they were at it adjusted the alignment on the rear passenger door and checked for computer resets. BUT no issues requiring inexplicably delayed repairs, or tows back to the dealer that I’ve heard with so many other EVs. I love the way it looks - the lighted grille and wrap around tail lights add a touch of class. The interior is pure lux - suede accents, soft comfortable seats, ambient lighting, and acres of high-defnition screens. My teenagers fight for the front passenger seat screen to watch YouTubes during longer drives. Front and rear heated and ventilated seats make it cozy for everyone. Wide door openings and the automatic retractable driver seat create easy in and easy out. The 19 speaker McIntosh system produces concert hall sound to dream for; the info-system and navigation are intuitive and easy to use. Apple Car-Play is great too. Safety really stands out with so many wonderful features like the heads-up display, awesome back-up and parking cameras, and outstanding headlights. I REALLY like the video rear view camera as well as audible and visual blind spot warning monitors. The adaptive cruise control is nice too; I don’t care for the lane centering driver assist. The solid build feels safe and secure. Range being an issue for EVs, my hubby has been calculating the mileage. Based on weather conditions and my driving habits, the range is as advertised at or close to 300 miles. We charge it over night to 80% about once a week. The $7500 EV tax credit at the point of sale and some dealer discounts made this pure luxury affordable. So, I ask? What’s not to love?
