Used 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L SUV Consumer Reviews
Grand Cherokee L Limited
I just purchased this vehicle 2 weeks ago. I have had several Grand Cherokees. This drives alot smother and the V6 has plenty of power. However, not sure what is going on with mine, everytime I come to a stop the seat vibrates. Feels like it is coming from the downshift. Not ok for a 52k vehicle. Feels like I have my phone on vibrate and it goes off. Taking it in to have someone test drive this week. :(

It’s a great deal, the price is great, and the vehicle is a great and stylish one to have, roomy and exciting to drive…

Nicest Car I've ever bought!
While we loved the car, it didn't take long to see problems. The service 4WD light came on and after a couple times to the dealership was fixed. There were glitches in the electronics that came and went, and the last straw was the hood came unlatched while my wife was driving it down the road. I have already traded the car off for something else. When you buy a new car, you expect trouble free transportation for at lease a while before normal maintenance starts. I loved the car, but it was riddled with annoying problems that had me back at the dealership too often for me to tolerate.

Very impressive
Purchased the GC in early December 2021 and have around 6400 miles on clock by the end of February. It’s a summit reserve model with 5.7 Hemi . Fit and finish is top notch. All the switches are within easy reach. Air suspension works wonderfully. I ran into air conditioning issues in early January. It simply won’t lower the temperature and was just blowing hotter air. At the same time warning chime decided to go off. It wold stay on all the time and no amount of stopping and resetting the engine would fix it. My selling dealer couldn’t fix the issue. I contacted Jeep concierge service and they were able to get me an appointment at another area dealership. ( I had to wait 5 days for the appointment). A day later, problem was fixed. I was told that there was barely any Freon in the system ( I guess factory forgot to add it). Chime issues were fixed by replacing some relays in the door. It’s been trouble free in driving. Every time when I stop the jeep and turn engine off I a notification in the Uconnect screen to check “back seat “. I guess that will be another trip to dealership in near future I don’t have a heavy foot on gas and have seen around 18-19 mpg on all highway and around 14 mpg in local driving. Overall i am very happy with the purchase So now it’s end of August ‘22 and I have litter over 22k miles on the odometer. Have had Two oil changes and tires rotated at local dealership. Zero cost to me. I occasionally see hiccups with Uconnect system, it’s got a mind on his own to go into updating modes. In recent days I am getting a message to visit dealership for an update. I am looking into purchasing the extended warranty from Mopar. Suv works wonderfully, has one of the best driving positions and I am completely satisfied with the experience. If you’re in the market for one, Pls consider 5.7 engine vs 3.6. They are worlds apart in performance and refinement. Yeah fuel mileage is little worst but the joy of driving 5.7 is far greater.
