Poor performance and design
The CVT engine is mostly just noise and very slow to respond - sounds good, but doesn't go anywhere. It revs high but will will practically crawl in response. And the interior is poorly designed. The cup holders are very tight and right in front of phone charger. And no place for phone. The dual display often doesn't work (something wrong 1x/weekly). And the TomTom navigation interface is incredibly outdated. Hard to believe it is 2023 and this is still what they offer...display looks like its from 1990's or early 2000's. Overall, very poor performance and poor interior use of space and outdated tech. I will NOT buy Infiniti again nor will I recommend it.

Comfortable Ride
I hate it when I need to readjust every time , fog lights on, drive mode , etc. Other wise everything in the car is great.

The deal was on point
Pros:- able to select drive modes (standard/personal/sport/eco) Numerous personal settings through the Infiniti Touch services (can really personalize the vehicle) Updates available through Infiniti for navigation and other services Key fob personalization Gas mileage (averaging 23.7 mpg so far) All around driving/ blind spot monitoring with indicator lights and driver notifications All around comfortable ride with infinite steering wheel and seat adjustments (heated seats really heat up!) Tons of cargo space A lot of 12v outlets (really convenient in the cargo area) Cons:- Have to reset the preferred driver settings (radio/maps) first through the guest then through me everytime I get in. Even took it to the Infiniti dealership and the local "tech no" technician couldn't get pass this. So the procedure is get in, start the vehicle, hit guest, let that take effect, buckle up, hit my preferred settings, let that take effect, drive off. Sounds complicated but I have managed to get it down to 1-2 minutes. Premium fuel required (costly to say the least...1/2 tank fill ups are the norm for me) NO SPARE. Even though run flats are installed ($400 each at the dealership!!!) I still can't wrap my mind around the fact of knowing a spare is not available.
