Used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Consumer Reviews
Five Year Review
At 16000 miles had to have the O2 sensor replaced and a recall for the hood release system. Digital mileage reading (mpg) reflects better mileage than actual. Had another recall at about 45,000 miles for something related to the brake system. Overall the vehicle has been very reliable and has 60,000 miles on it.

The best SUV I ever had
They made this vehicle so easy to operate a ten year old kid could drive nothing complex 290 hp amazing acceleration I could go on and on I don't have one complaint, turning radius is amazing, stereo is nice and loud visibility is good there is nothing I can say I don't like about. I had a GMC, Dodge Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mitchabechi (the worst of them all) Jeep Liberty it's got them all beat that's all you have to do is just drive one and you'll see what I talkin about

Best Vehicle I have ever owned.
I bought it Brand New and now have 124,000 KM on it. I haven't even done the breaks just minor repairs. I just love it after 6 Years and I am sure it will give me another 6 Years if I live that long. Im in my 80th year and am very happy.

Neck ache headrests!!
I like the roominess that mine has but the headrest gives me a neck ache within an hour and the driver seat is uncomfortable! At around 100,000 miles my alternator went out while I was driving down the road. The ceiling lights went out at around 100,000 miles as well.

Engine failure at 102k
This is my second Hyundai. I repurchased the brand after being impressed with the reliability of the accent. I bought my car brand new from the dealership. I was so impressed with the brand that .I have even considered getting the Genesis. However the engine suddenly died at 102k . No warning. No lights. The mechanics said “ low oil” . How is that possible? .I get my oil changes at the dealership. Our white driveway had no leaks or oil spots. Go figure. Let this be a warning to all that this vehicle may not be as reliable as in the past.
