2025 Hyundai Palisade Consumer Reviews

Very cheaply made
When we purchased the Palisade we couldn't have been happier, then after about 10,000 miles it started falling apart. For starters the hood is to big for the opening, then at about 15,000 miles the entire rear suspension went out. Took it to the dealership and was told a service bulletin was issued for the struts and strut mounts going out, then Hyundai retracted the bulletin because they couldn't get the parts (was told this by the service manager). I was then advised the car was ok to drive even though the rear struts were no good, big question mark there. So, after 3 months of waiting I was finally able to get it fixed. The interior is made of very cheap plastic and poorly assembled there is always a new rattle somewhere inside the cabin.

Palisade - What a great family SUV
We just bought our Palisade in March 2025, with 3,500 miles on it and a recent 1,000 road trip I know is still too early to full review. So far in these 3 months we really are in love with the vehicle, impressed with the quality of materials, all the safety and driving assistance, the rear/front parking sensors and camera are very helpful, the cargo space, USB chargers on every row, the captain chairs on 2nd row, AC cools off really quick, the mix of physical buttons and touchscreen is very "user friendly", the peace of mind of 10 year warranty, the first 2 years of complimentary service but most importantly the powerful engine, it delivers all the power you need to enjoy the road and be ready to pass or merge as necessary also, considering is V6 I think the MPG is very decent. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase, we really enjoy driving it and looking at it in our garage or everywhere we go as it is a very handsome vehicle (we receive lots of compliments on how nice it looks).
