Used 2023 Hyundai Kona Consumer Reviews
AVOID !!!!!!!!!
First I have owned 4 new Konos and was loyal to brand but between 2 recalls , 5 injectors misfiring and now sunroof assembly broken and parts back order 45 days !!! 4400 miles Kono N line total lemon !!! Hyundai customer service is a joke like wow so bad . Lemon law this var in Florida and never coming back . Shame on you Hyundai for producing a new model year and have no part infrastructure... Greed !!!

2 cars in 7 months. Yikes
Only had the Kona N for 2 days but it is a comfortable nice handling vehicle. The turbo engine gives you quick smooth acceleration when needed.

Cute but lots of shortcomings
Not an owner but I did a test drive recently. On the plus side, the turbo engine has plenty of get up and go. Fairly nice looking little SUV too. On the downside, the interior just seemed cheap. Seats aren't that comfortable. Hard plastic trim everywhere so if you rest your elbow on the door sill it's not comfortable. The transmission didn't shift very smoothly and seemed to hang in the wrong gear for a couple extra seconds. Was an OK car, but there's much better options out there.

Exceeds expectations
Got for my daughter who has a mini-Aussie and it was her dream car which did not disappoint.

Love my Ms K
The vehicle handles great with tight steering. It is small enough and large enough at the same time. The look, the design and the price made me 100% satisfied.
