I have owned the Azera for 6 weeks and have just passed the 1200-mile mark. As the owner of two Mercedes Benz sedans, the Azera's ride and handling is very similar and better in some respects. As a baby-boomer and former muscle car owner, I was very pleasantly surprised at the "pick up" and immediate power for passing or just enjoying the power packed in this great sedan. Maximum gas mileage so far has been 25 miles per gallon (combined city and highway). I like the body style, but did not know how much I appreciated it until I saw other Azeras on the road. The car has great lines and really catches your eye!

I can't believe it. Hyundai finaly raised a fabulous car. I've tested several cars to trade my coupe. Azera was quieter, smoother and more powerful than other famous cars (Lexus ES, Acura TL, Toyota Avalon).

I am a previous owner of a 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES with the 3.2l engine. For about the same price as I paid for the Trep in 2000, I have a fully loaded LE that has so far been almost flawless. Now after 50,000 miles, I am still impressed. Initially I was scared to try Hyundai after my sister owned a Sonata back in the 90's, and that car literally fell apart. This car has been rock solid and I have only had 2 issues, and all were replaced free of charge by the dealership. The fact that this car has an excellent warranty and free roadside assist sold me. The car looks classy but a bit conservative. It rides a bit mushy but my second set of tires (Goodyear F1) has improved handling.

Internet shop for your auto and save thousands! We love the sporty look and luxury of the Azera Limited. Very quiet ride. You have to look at the tach to see if the engine is running. We originally looked at the Toyota Avalon but the Azera has high end quality for thousands less. The safety features are the latest technology and 10 year 100,000 miles is comforting also. Hyundai is making a strong statement in the auto business. Can't wait to see the Hyundai trucks!

I have had this car for 2 months. My last car was a Dodge Intrepid ES. This car attracted me by the long list of features and great warranty. I was surprised by the exceptional amount of power this car has! Coming from a Dodge 3.2 L, I was blown away by the power and the quietness of this car. This car literally sails. The downside to this is that it is very easy to be moving along so smoothly and quietly, then notice that you are doing 85! The interior and leather heated seats are comfortable and feel expensive. You need to test drive this car for yourself! There is a small list of negatives, and you really need to be picky for this list.

I have been an American sedan driver for 20 years. I decided a change was in order. I looked at BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Lexus. I saw an Azera on the road 2 months ago and slowed down to see what it was. I did my research, test drove it a couple of times and bought it last week. I'd recommend it whole heartedly. I bought the Limited with the premium package (6 CD Infinity Speakers, Sunroof). I love the interior and its well put together. Handles great and fun to drive. The past 2 cars I have owned were both Cadillacs, and I am looking forward to driving this car for years to come.

Very nice car with a lot of standard features. Huge trunk for golf clubs. I especially like the center console and how it doesn't restrict my right knee as I am 6'-2". This car is well crafted although there are some annoyances. Even with Mercedes, you don't approach perfection until you cross the 50K mark. Strong engine. Lack of little issues like mysterious rattles and squeaks, etc. Also, there are not 10 of them next to you at the stop light!

I can afford almost any normal car. I saw the 350 at an auto show a year ago and was prepaired to buy one in August. The dealer had several on the lot but made sure I knew a whole new version was coming out in the Fall, which was nice. I waited-actually until 12/13 for the first one to come in. The Azera was 50%+ better in all respects than the 350. Without the closeout discounts it costs $5000+ more than the 350, but worth it: performance features, size, looks. My co-workers (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes types) sneered when I said I was getting a Hyundai, But have shut-up as soon as they saw the Azera in person. I paid 5% less than sticker and think the car is grat AND a bargain.

Azera vs Linclon LS

What a car! More all around room than our '04 Lincoln LS. More power, smoother shifting trans, just as many if not more features. All for $8 - $10 grand less. And it runs on regular fuel vs premium. Great stereo, good vision, ride is soft for my liking, but still rides nicely. It is my wife's car, she picked it and she loves it, period. Many positive comments on looks and styling. Full size spare with same style wheel, back to 5 tire rotation, good thing. Sun screen in rear window, what a neat thing to have if you have rear seat passengers. We live in Fl and it comes in handy almost everyday. Mileage could be better, but at least it takes regular. Thanks to my wife, good purchase.

Wife's car,I drive a Vette.I like the looks and quality of this Azera. The V-6 has some guts and the tranny shifts smoothly. We had an '04 Lincoln LS,what a piece of crap compared to the Azera.Ride is nice, car is super quiet, all of the gadgets and options are great for the money.Mileage is somewhat low,but regular gas is a huge plus.It is great to go from the Vette to the Azera, like going into a sound proof booth. Not many on the road in So. Fl.,but I'm sure that will change. The trunk is so huge, as is the rear seat room. Fit and finish are very nice for a Korean auto, they hit the mark with this model.

My previous two cars were Cadillac DeVilles, the last an '03.I dropped into Hyundai dealership on a lark and was immediately impressed. I was originally planning to buy the top of the line Toyota Avalon. But not after seeing and driving the Azera. I purchased the Azera Limited with Ultimate package and two days later started out on a 5000 mile round trip. Car performed perfectly, great mileage and drove in total comfort. Outstanding quality, appearance, and marvelous sound system. This is truly the best car I've ever owned and I've owned lots of them.I recommend this car without equivocation. My Hyundai Azera Limited, with Ultimate package, is truly the best car I've ever owned!

If you'd told me a month ago I was going to buy a Hyundai, I'd have laughed. That was before driving the Azera. Wow. This car is absolutely loaded with almost every feature you could wish for. And it drives beautifully. All for $20,000 less than a BMW 535i. I drove the Bimmer, and although the handling was tighter, it really didn't excel in any other way. The Azera is just as stylish, roomier, smoother and doesn't have the awful i-Drive system. The Limited with the Ultimate package is a steal at the same price as a Camry or Accord. And throw in the warranty for what I think is a no- brainer. The car is elegant, responsive, fast when you need it to be and build quality is superb.

I've had the car for less then two weeks-fun to drive-more room then my lincoln in the back seat -more then enough acceleration-handels very well- good price for the quality and features-getting 17 mpg around town- but i've been a little heavy on the pedal-because it quick and fun to drive. Very glad that I purchased the car-Never thought I would own a hyundai-compared it with an avolon.

I test drove several competing vehicles before driving the Azera that I soon owned. The Azera has a great safety package, exceptional creature comforts, better handling than the Camry, excellent acceleration for those short freeway entrances, and is very quiet at posted highway speeds (and above). This roomy car was a great find and a pleasant surprise. I think the SE is a great value, especially with the 100,000 mile warranty! Put this one on your test drive list before you buy a Honda or a Toyota.

Six months and 7200 miles now, and I still love this car. Yes, there are a few things that could be done better, but overall, it's a great car. Great value for the money; only concern I have is depreciation, but I think that, as Hyundai's reputation continues to improve, that depreciation won't be an issue in a few years. Drove a Sonata on vacation last week, and liked it almost as well as the Azera - but I'm spoiled by the interior room, quietness, and performance of the Azera. I'd recommend either car, though. Fuel mileage is about the same for both cars - both had a V6. Azera is much faster. Just put a K&N air filter in my Azera - there's a noted difference in HP!!

We have our Azera ltd for 2 months now and still get a thrill everytime we open the door and get in. The ride is so smooth, I worry I could fall asleep behind the wheel! We see so few on the road that when we do see one, it does not register immediately that the beautiful car in the next lane is the same one we are driving! Don't understand why Hyundai is not promoting it much. The only complaint we have is that the gas mileage is not great. But then again our last car, the Infiniti G35, was pretty poor on gas also. We have yet to take it on an extended trip where we can really get an accurate gas mileage measurement.

I have owned the Azera for one month, and driving it has been a pleasure. It performs smoothly and is extremely responsive, It is not a sporty car in that its suspension is not tuned for sharp turns. It performs more along the lines of a touring car. Curiously men seem to appreciate the car's elegance, while most women are lukewarm to it initially. There is a lot of brand snobbery, yet I think anyone who experiences this vehicle should have no problem seeing that this car is on par with the Avalon, Passat, Lucerne, maxima, and ES330. Hopefully time will prove this to be one of the better cars on the road today.

I've owned many different cars in the last 32 years - all European, and I've kept an eye on the market. The Azera is, in my opinion, the best luxury car you can get for the money. To get a comparably equipped car from anyone else, you'd have to spend at least $5k more, and you probably still wouldn't have rain-sensing wipers. The Azera is very quick, handles well, and has clean, distinctive, styling. And don't forget the LED tail lights, as they afford those behind you an extra margin when you're stopping. Though city economy is not great, I've consistently acheived 28+ MPG on the highway. I just don't see how you could go wrong. This is the frugal buyers luxury car!

Hyundai has really managed to build us a car that i would compare with a $40,000 car. The ride is smooth, not floaty and tracks beautifully. Extremely quiet, gorgeous interior and exterior, extremely high quality. We just love the car and the new 3.8 litre engine. The Azera moves easily with no effort, smooth transmision, works good with the engine - lots of torque. Hyundai rules in my house.

The Azera is by far the best car Hyundai as built yet. Style, comforts, and HP. I've gone from brand new 96 Accent, 2000 Sonata, and 2004 XG350. Better and better each year. Starting with the 2006-2007 models the resale values will start coming up and become above average in the next few years. The Azera is a pleasure to drive. Many people can't believe that Hyundai has put out such a classy car from the head to toe. I expect to have this car for a long time, unless they come up with a even better model, which I've come to expect from Hyundai.

It has it all extreme luxury, high quality, excellent ride and superb handling, very agile, extremely quiet, 27 mpg, drop dead looks. I like the way it is hunkered down in the rear flanks, interior is gorgeous, love the florisant dash lights, what more could a normal person want. I feel like I have been reborn. Good daily driver that is also good highway traveler. SHIFTRONIC transmission make driving in mountains of Colorado and Utah a pleasure and prevents overheating brakes. Engine, transmission and mechanical perform well in 110+ degree desert heat. Paint has held up well in cloudless sunny skies of Arizona. The battery needed replacement after 2 years, the coolant tank cracked (but did not leak) and the dash top cover cracked, and all were replaced free under warranty by dealer. The seat, foot pedal and steering column adjustments combined with the integrated memory system easily accommodates out 2 drivers who have an 8 inch height difference. This Azera is 3 years old and has 30,000 miles

Handles nicely, power when you need it. I am a big person and found the interior very roomy both getting in with easy, and although it is a center console, I found seating roomy. Haven't taken a long trip yet to see how fuel efficient it is on the highway, perhaps this weekend. My wife was glad to get away from premium fuel. Bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty, so now I have a 10 year plus the dealer is a short drive from us. I got tired trying to deal with american car sales people, seemed to greedy. So far happy with the car.

I have been looking for a new car for over a year and I pretty much drove them all in my price range.I first saw this car at a large auto show in town where it was drawing quite a crowd.I took it for a test drive the following week and was very impressed. It drives like my wifes Lexus but without the price tag.I did drive the Lexus is330 but liked the Hyundai better.

The Hyundai Azera not only has its' competition (Avalon, Ford 500, Montego, etc.) beat, but ES330, Caddy CTS, Infinity G35. I've never seen a car with so many safety, convenience, and performance features for such a low price. Add the warranty and you have the bargain of the year.
