30 Days
It's been a month sincing leasing the Honda Passport EXL (2WD) after trading in my 2016 Honda Civic Touring sedan. The car was perfect except for two items; as I age the low seat level was getting annoying along with the seats being uncomfortable after several hours of driving. Those items were alleviated after moving back up to an SUV (my daughter still drives my 02 RAV4). If I had to knitpick the Passport adjustable arm rest are too thin, the transmission is not as smooth as the Civic's CVT, and the severe drop in MPG (Civic 40+) takes some getting used to to ;) . In addition, all the lower models come standard with grey wheels which are just ugly, especially with a white exterior. I average 22-23 city and 26 highway using mid grade gas. Looking to see if that changes when I fill up with super prior to my planned 250 mile trip next month. Overall I could not be happier with my choice.

Great vehicle so far with some small issues
Really wanted a telluride but there's none available my Kia dealership also sells Honda's and I like the way the passports looked a lot. Very roomy, plenty of power, off road capable enough for what I'll use it for. The forward collision is extremely iffy, it will go off if your going up a hill or if there's a shadow on the road, which wouldn't be a big deal except it also hits the brakes when this happens. It's a common problem with these that you can Google. Maybe they'll fix it with a patch somehow. This is my 46th vehicle and first ever new Honda. So we will see how it goes. But so far so good. Ex-l is the way to go. You get just about everything for thousands less than the elite. Right now these are the 60th best selling SUV for 2019 so dealers are willing to deal. Traded in my 2018 f150 on this, so anything after that deathtrap will be better. Update: to add to all my other woes with this vehicle now the radio constantly pops even with the stereo off it still does it. With the radio on it pops and constantly stutters, whether I'm using Sirius, fm, or I heart radio. Just constant pops from the speakers. I think there's something wrong electronically with this vehicle. I've told the dealer twice and they reset the system and error codes due to the forward collision blind spot monitoring errors but it continues to have issues with that as well. Update: After 1 year this is the worst vehicle I've ever owned. All problems continue. I've now looped Honda into the problems as well. Every time I go to the dealer it's the same thing with the same results. If I get in an accident and get killed it will be because of this vehicle. Every person I see with a Passport I talk to them and all have the same issues. I will never own another Honda in my life and given that this is my 49th vehicle that's saying something. I also make sure I tell everyone the same thing. DO NOT BUY HONDAS. Update: After nearly being killed dozens of times, the vehicle is gone. Sold it back to the dealer. Honda does not care about their customers or products. Never buy a Honda. Ever. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Happy with my 2019 Honda Passport
I am really happy with my new Honda Passport. Yes, I just got the vehicle, February 1, 2019, nevertheless, from the time I test drive, I was in love with the vehicle. The driving was smooth, even in the city bumpy ride. It is comfortable. I can not mention the seat in the back, nobody has been there yet.

Nice SUV with two deal breakers
Really like this car except two things that might not be a big deal for many people but for me they are just deal breakers. One is the gear shifter that had buttons and you will never be able to change gears without looking at them. Yes, I know that it's not something that needs to be operated often but it annoys me a lot! Another is... gauge panel with relatively small digital only speedometer placed in the middle of two big gauges, of which one is the fuel gauge! Really, Honda, who came up with this "bright" idea for fuel gauge taking almost 50% of the panel area? I want a traditional handle or at least a bar showing speed and range but not just a number.

8500 miles and no problems
Two row full size SUV, plenty room for cargo and very comfortable for any length of time in the vehicle. Easy to drive, good mileage, and looks sharp. Good gas mileage thus far around 22 mpg overall. Wife loves vehicle also. She said it is very easy to drive.
