Used 2004 Honda Civic Consumer Reviews
Fun Car. Two Thumbs Up!!!!
This car is awesome!!! I needed an economical, sporty, and fuel efficient car that would get me from Point A to Point B. I bought the White(as the Value Pkg comes in only Red,White or Blue)It handles great and the 5-speed manual tranny shifts quite smoothly. It is also very comfortable. If you are looking for affordable, quality transportation that looks and handles great this is the car for you!!
Love and My Civic
There is no better car built for the money - period. Love at first sight - and now, after a year. This is my 14th Honda 8:)

Trip to Dullsville
My other half bought one of these, and while I have owned other Hondas too, I find newer Hondas to be terribly boring and uninspiring than they were 10 or 15 yrs ago. The Civic LX/auto engine is rather buzzy and tends to downshift a lot. Of course the MPG is great. Handling and steering feel are what I HATE about this car. The steering is not precise, and the suspension feels floaty to me, with lots of body lean. Feels like a 20 yr old Buick Century. Unimpressive braking too. If you want an appliance with the soul of a refrigerator on wheels, buy this. If you want a little more personality and spirited driving fun, shop elsewhere.
Neat Car for the money
Mileage started out at 30mpg first tank, 35 Mpg second tank and about 38 mpg currently on third tank. Smooth comfortable ride. Pretty quiet. Plenty of power for everyday use.
Fun to drive!
I bought the Civic Si after also looking at the Nissan SPEC V and the Mazda3. I can't really pinpoint the exact reason I chose the Honda, it just felt better. I've had the car for two weeks now and it is running great. I'm not seeing the fuel economy yet but that will come in time. The only blip I've found so far is that the visor on the passenger side vibrates and is noisy at around 45+ mph. The factory stereo leaves A LOT to be desired.
