2002 E-250 windowless cargo 5.4 L
Owned it 15 years, first 10 weighted down with plumbing crap, last 5 not so much. Replaced a couple coil packs, and alternator twice. For a 270,000 mi rig (80,000 on engine and tranny rebuild), I can't complain, still runs like a top and uses no fluids.... knock on wood 👍

Comfy and reliable
I love my 2003 e150! We have newer cars, but the seats are great and you are high up. I can fit a giant kayak inside this baby. We have a double bed in ours too for camping. It just keeps on going like a charm. Over 20 years I replaced transmission and air cond compressor, but basically no other issues I can remember. Even the dealership said, they don't make vans like this anymore. In a good way.

E 150
This is my 3rd new E150. Ii think Ford is far supeior than all the others!
Good for work
We have the E-350 Extended Cargo (Diesel) for a daily work van and it has been reliable and great for us. The air runs great, we've had very few issues with it over the years. We've always favored the diesel for its long life and so far it's been true with this vehicle as well.
Easy Driver
Handles and drives like a large car not a truck. I love the mirrors for changing lanes and backing. Many trips made between Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale. Only complaint is the wind noise. No problems from day one.
