I'm a careful driver,haven't made an insurance claim on a vehicle in 15 years. Unfortunately, if you get stuck in a snow bank and try to get out acording to the 'freeing a stuck vehicle' section of your owner's manual, heeding all listed cautions, and something(like the front differential and driveshaft) it's not covered under your warranty. That $2500 deductible sure hurts.
More then I wanted from a truck!

It was time to replace my '95 ram with a new truck. It came down to the Nissan Titan and the Dodge Ram. I was able to get the 2500 with more options for a better price then the nissan. So far with 2200 miles It's been great! This truck handles so well, and the Hemi has instant power. I never expected good gas mileage, and wasn't disappointed.

I never owned a dodge until I bought the 2004 2500 SLT Clubcab with the HO Cummins diesel engine. Impressive from the start with styling, ride, acceleration, towing capacity and interior room. Add great mileage, low maintenance and you have one great truck. The automatic transmission makes a big difference. I was looking at hlf tons, both Ford and Nissan, until I drove the 2500 Cummins diesel! No contest, and virtually got the 2500 for the price of the half tons. My recommendation....buy one, you won't be sorry.

I have owned 6 rams since 1996,i have never had any problems with any of them. this new one is something special ,they really did a good job with the new hemi .even with 4 wheel drive it gets up and goes. i will never buy anything else but a dodge.
