17K mi so far --2/3 of which are electric
We use this as a daily commuter since we can plug in at work and at home, so we sometimes go for several months without having to buy gas. When we do take longer trips, the mpg are consistently 30+. Since most of our miles are electric, we haven't even used the gas motor enough to warrant a second oil change yet!

No Car, No rental or loaner, No ETA to fix
My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has been at dealer service department for approximately 4 weeks of the four months since delivery. Latest is a red warning light which says "Hybrid Electrical Service Required". Dealer says it needs new transmission and those are backordered indefinitely. Does anyone know if those transmissions are even being produced? Dealer doesn't provide loaners or rental, and Chrysler Cares won't reimburse rentals until service is completed - but there is no ETA from dealer on when transmission will arrive and so no estimate on service completion. So - No Car / No Rental / No ETA to resolve. Not happy.

Love this car!
I’ve been a Pacifica owner since 2017 and driven it both in-town and annually between Maryland and Florida. Performance and reliability-wise it has been outstanding with no noticeable drop-off over the years. Due to its hybrid engine it has great acceleration and the handling is more car than minivan-like. I’ve owned minivans since the original VW Bus through the Ford Windstar and the Pacifica offers a totally different driving experience, while at the same time affording the cargo handling benefits of a minivan. My only complaints are that due to the hybrid engine the middle seats can’t be easily stowed in the floor (although they are said to be more comfortable than the regular Pacifica’s seats which can); the fact that full charging on standard 110v power takes a long time (ie, overnight); and, the headlights could be brighter.

Unfortunately, I bought two of these brand new
I bought my wife the highest-end 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. It has been in the shop nearly seven weeks out of about 130 weeks of ownership. Its transmission failed at 42,000 miles and the warranty is positively worthless. It has been in the shop where they have been trying to replace the transmission for the last 51 days, while we walk to school and the grocery store. We bought a new van to avoid this. Now I wish I had my wife’s 16 year old highlander back instead. In fairness, Chrysler did offer us $50 per day for ten days of car rental, but required us to rent from a place that charges $70 for the lowest value car per day… and 10 days of coverage is not covering 51 days without a car, much less the fact that it appears we will be without the car for another 51 days since the new transmission they replaced the other new one isn’t working either. If anyone at Chrysler cares about the reputation of this car, they should call me at 303-345-3508 and make this right. I’ve had enough and will be escalating significantly including volunteering as a lead plaintiff against Chrysler if I have to.

Terrible entertainment system
Recently had a custom hybrid built and the entertainment system I paid so much extra for doesn’t even come with a built in DVD player. Now instead they force you to pay for an expensive monthly hotspot to stream the entertainment. I’m so disappointed in Chrysler for making this change. You can use lots of wires to hook up an external DVD player but who wants that hassle and the pain. My 10yo town and country had a better system then my very expensive brand new Pacifica?!?
