Great Family Vehicle
For the price, you get a lot with this vehicle, from the stow and go seats that gives more cargo space when needed, to cool safety features like blind spot monitor, park assist, lane departure, to name a few. This is the ride to buy. And now it comes with all-wheel drive, what's not to love.

Great cross country and highway car
Just got a 2021 Pinnacle in Ocean Blue at the end of 2020. Got the $ 7,500 federal tax credit! Traded in a 2018 Toyota Avalon which is also a great highway car (38 mpg, 500+ mile range, but a sedan). I'm older now and prefer an SUV or van. Easier entry & exit. The Pacifica is a very smooth riding car. I'm averaging about 60% electric miles. I only have 1,300 miles on the van but that includes a three state mini-trip to my sisters. Seats are comfortable, visibility is very good. I used the adaptive cruise control on the road trip, works great. Very happy with my purchase.

Best for family
Great family vehicle, safety features are incredible, comfortable and enjoyable. Option for 7 or 8 passenger is an added benefit, stow and go is invaluable for traveling. The Pacifica comfortably seats 7 adults no matter for a long trip or driver only for a quick outing. The options exceed my Lincoln. Looks - for the S package is sleek and sexy, for a mini van, easy on the eyes and handles well. By far the best vehicle on the road!

Run. Total lemon
Purchased the Pinnacle edition hybrid. Put on 10000km and the battery quit working. Chrysler can’t fix it. The carpet in the back never fit right. It’s always coming apart as soon as you put any weight on it. An rebates. The dealer wouldn’t apply for it. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Loaded with technology. Rivals Tesla
This is my second Pacifica Hybrid. My first one was a lemon, and bought back by Chrysler in 2018. However the 2021 is just Fantastic! I am getting 130 MPGe when you take in consideration the high gas prices on electric. The Dash says 72, but my spreadsheet is more accurate. The Van has faster acceleration then the Gas only Pacifica, and the technology is wonderful. I am a european mechanic by trade and everything about this car is just designed so well. The only thing I would change is the lane keep assist function doesnt work under 39 mph. Which is a bummer. Best 7 passenger vehicle on the market in my opinion, if you can get past the fact its a minivan. But its a sexy one at that if you get the Sport model like I did. <3 my dad van!
