Used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Consumer Reviews
worst ever!!
we have had it in the shop more often than my 12 year old camry. In 4 years of ownership we have had 7 major issues with 4 of them falling under the warranty luckily but the others not. We even had the front hood show signs of rust and corrosion in year #2. ridiculous! selling and buying sienna!

Rides great until it breaks down after recalls
Have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Rose great for the first 5 years despite multiple recalls until this last recall when the engine sounded strange and never rode same after that. Within a year, wouldn’t start twice and Chrysler gives you the run around about the warranty. Very disappointed.

Just got my hands on a Touring L Plus
Loaded with almost all the features I was looking for minus the vented seats. I was also expecting memory seat options for it, but it is not a deal breaker as I am the primary driver. It must have had some additional options selected for the original buyer as well. While it was the Touring-L Plus it did not have the dual sunroof but did include the 115vac household outlet in the rear as well as the rear seat entertainment. The advanced Safety-Tec was a must for me with the adaptive cruise control for long drives. beautiful gas sipping cruiser for a vehicle this large. I would take a half star away for the way the 9 speed transmission shifts but every other aspect of it makes up for that little annoyance.

The worst
We got a 2018 Pacifica Limited with only 66k miles on it. We thought we hit a gold mine. It’s been a money pit! Batteries replaced, starter replaced, door sliding mechanism replaced. Right driver headlamp assembly released. Fog light assembly replaced. And now the AC has gone out. This was all in the first 5 months. A car that supposedly was Chrysler Certified! 😭

Chrysler needs to fix some problems
I had a Kia Sedona for 8 years with absolutely no problems. When we hit 150,000 miles we decided to try this Chrysler because “the name brings a good reputation “. I would say the loudness of the interior while driving was pretty equivalent to the Sedona, but the get-up was not comparable at all. The Sedona was much quicker to accelerate when you pushed on the gas where as the Chrysler hesitates and really seems to struggle to shift into higher gears. Also, we bought the Pacifica brand new with immediate problems in the computer including theater for the dvds in back as well as the screen just going completely black and not being able to do anything on it. It went back into service three times before functioning correctly. Another main reason I don’t love this van is because when I hit a deer this fall my front windshield completely shattered. Shards EVERYWHERE and still finding them 2 months later after being in body shop for 7 weeks. I’m very surprised that a windshield would do this and shatter like it did. The van is “pretty” but beauty needs to be more than just the exterior!
