Used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Consumer Reviews
2018 is expensive lemon
I owned mine less than 10 months and it's been in the repair shop almost 6 months (2 repair Totals). Total rebuild of power train, electrical, and 2 engine replacements. Asked Chrysler for assistance and their response was they wanted access to all my financial bank records. Pretty but unreliable.

pacifica in your future
not great gas mileage, ride not as good as Toyota or Honda, poor resale value, needs awd and also way for seats to fold down on hybrid model

So Far, So Good
I purchased my pre-owned/certified Pacifica a few weeks ago and it is welcome step up from my 2013 Impala LTZ, which was not aging well. The ride, driving position, and visibility that the Pacifica offers is overwhelmingly superior to that of my previous car and an upgrade to my wife's 2014 Town & Country. Gas mileage is decent for a vehicle of its size and weight, which I think will be very much appreciated over the next four years.
