Beware the radio goes on automaticaly

I wish i had known beforehand. Would never have gotten this car. The radio goes on automatically EVERY time you get in the car. Turn it off and it comes back on twenty seconds or so later once the MMI is fully operational. It does not matter if the radio was on or off when the car was last driven. Does this EVERY time you get in the car. You have to turn the radio off TWICE. Unbelievably annoying. Audi, both dealer level and corporate, states this is what the car is designed to do x#&!*!!. Would never have gotten the car had I known so writing review to warn others. The radio situation is completely annoying and soured appreciation for the car. Not helped by the fact it has had buzzes and rattles since nearly new, brakes squeal loudly even after repeated trips to the service department, steering feel and feedback very artificial, voice activation all but useless, automatic cruise control cuts out frequently for no apparent reason (i.e. bad weather conditions). Very, very dissatisfied with this car.

Classy not flashy

Solid Teutonic luxury. Still often told ' your car is gorgeous.' Ride is controlled and informative. If you're looking for Lexus isolation, move on. Fit and finish are impeccable. Nine years old and has aged so well.

I’m very happy with my A6!

The only item that I think needs to be reworked is the console which is very limited space to put items in. The armrest is fine, but there needs to be room under that and it’s very limited.
