This is the best s-10 I have ever driven in the s-10 models with the 4 cylinder engine impressed me very much so.. And the handling was shaky at first but found out front shock needed to be replaced after that it is a all around good buy
little bit more hp in the 4 cylinder would be nice.
For anyone looking for a light weight
truck, this is the best. Packs a 2.2L
4-banger which has plenty of power for
around the town and small trip
driving. Fuel economy is good on
highway (27mpg), bad in city (15mpg).
Might just of been my truck, but the GM
paint job was not at all to my liking.
Many paint bubbles/imperfections found
throughout the truck.
Gets 27+ mpg on freeway. 3rd access
door is convenient, and the trucks
handling is good. Well known chevy
2.2L 4-Cyl. -- very reliable.
The CD stereo is OK - but the door
speakers distort A LOT. Very cramped
in the rear and little leg room for
right passenger. Big improvement is
needed for these items.
I have had Chevy S-10 pickup trucks for
over 10 years. And It was time for a
new vehicle of course I had to get a
third Chevy S-10. My first two S-10's I
put over 300,000 miles on them. And am
looking forward to putting 200,000
miles on this one.
Economic gas milage! I drive 40 miles
to work and 40 miles home.
Raise it 6 to 8 inches. I am 6'4" tall
and get them because I don't like
crowling out of a car that is low to
