Dealer Review:

Very disappointed in this dealership. One of the most dishonest, guileful dealerships I have come across. Sales manager Johnny Brumfield executed an underhanded auto sale. Basically, the finance company had all my information to begin the purchase of a particular vehicle. I was in route to finish the process; however, the sales manager, being this deceptive individual which he has portrayed, sold the vehicle to another person with the knowledge that I was in route to the dealership which I was coming from a distance. Not only did he sell the vehicle, but he also waited until I drove the long distance through rain and traffic, only to find out once I arrived that they sold to someone else. Afterward, he had the audacity to ask me to wait there so he could see "IF" he could get someone to find another vehicle. This vehicle had just arrived from a long wait through transit. Think twice about doing business at this dealership, it's all about a dollar.
