I went to Hyundai to look at a vehicle and was not planning to purchase that day. Reggie showed me the vehicle that I was interested in with ease. He told me all about the vehicle, let me test drive it and not once did he mention numbers, payment range, trade in, down payment, NOTHING. IT WAS SO NICE to just be able to learn and get the feel if a vehicle WITHOUT being pressured to make a sale. This is my 10th vehicle that I have bought in my life and this was the most relaxed experience that I have ever had. Not only was Reggie amazing, the finance lady, Marissa was a dream to do business with and even the Manager, Scott and the General Manager were great!! Seriously, nobody haggled me. I purchased the vehicle right away and I highly recommend buying from here. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a car dealership in my life!!

Finally completed shopping experience & down to what I would purchase! One Carvana listing place states the vehicle can be shipped free to your door, while another says pick up available. Another says its available in Wichita Ks, then another says pick up Ok City, while another Atlanta. $1999 or---- Ship it to you No wonder Carvana cost structure is bleeding money qtr after qtr with inventory caught at the wrong price IMHO.
