2024 Lexus NX
I bought new 2024 Lexus NX350h 6 months back. Within 6 months, the car was performing very poorly. Engine is making a very bad dragging noise even in speed 40m/h. It is kind of pulling the car very badly and very poor pickup. Also anyone can hear the outside noise inside the car even under speed 45m/h. These 2 issues were reported to Lexus corporate, They responded that the car is … behaving as expected. Marketed as Luxury car with high price ( above $60k) but performance and service is worse than cheap car. Mileage is market as 40plus but never crossed 31 either city or highway. Total disappointment.
