Heavy handling, rattling at low speed and no solut

2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid
Model: Luxury - not listed in options.
It is a heavy SUV, compared to my Ford Escape 2014. Long lag at every stop, before power kicks in.
Started rattling/ vibrating at 5k on odometer, between high rev second gear to low rev third gear and Hyundai cannot find the issue. Very frustrating.
Anti-lock brakes prevented me from stopping in a low speed accident, which cost $8k + 3 months to … receive the parts. Constantly receiving a front impact warning when going past parked cars or bicycles + brakes for no reason. Super annoting safety features.
The only thing I really like is the adaptative cruise control, for when you follow the annoying people who can't keep their speed constant.
Also, I find it heavy on gas consumption, even though I'mmostly on EV.
Very disappointed. Never again.
