Great car for city and occasional distance driving

2020 Acura ILX
I have owned several Acuras, but this time I was in the market for a town car. Compared to the Civic, the Sonata, the Camry, the Jetta, the Elantra, Mazda 3, etc. this car outperforms, out values, out comforts, is economical, and of course the Acura/Honda reliability and Acura service and warranty make it a go to car for the purpose. I don't really see the obsession with comparing it to … a BMW, an Audi or a Mercedes which are all significantly more expensive.
