I had to call them back to find out they sold it to someone else after agreeing to a sale with me. I offered to give a 10% deposit before knowing about the other buyer. They asked to run my credit at multiple companies when I was already preapproved through one of their lenders. My recommendation is to stay away from [non-permissible content removed] like this.
