First Tundra… not impressed
Great power , smooth acceleration. Fuel economy is a bit disappointing 18.9 on a trip. 17.9 in town. Mud flaps installed on day one. One trip in the snow and the lower front of the box was road rashed! Fold out running boards stick out too far for any body protection.

Good truck but Wind noise Poor material and not finishing good
2024 Toyota Tundra Exceeds Expectations
There are so many features in this trim model, I am still learning them all and pleasantly surprised. The 10 speed transmission makes shifting feel seamless. The air shocks make this Tundra ride like a Caddy. The 5.5 bed would have fit in the garage better, but I do get the 6.5 bed tightly in a standard garage. The fake engine noise of an 8 cyl sounds good, but it is fake.

Tundra Redesign
Tundra redesign is a total failure. I had a 2016 Tundra and I had it for 8 years. The truck was very good. I traded it for a 2024 Tundra Jan 2024 and it was a terrible decision. The only good thing was the gas mileage. They shrunk down the cab. The suspension is very bouncy. The gas gauge failed within 3 weeks. No step up bumper. Very disappointing. I traded it Dec 24 for a 2025 GMC Sierra.
