Good & Bad
The 2023 Highlander Limited comes well equipped with things like, lane keep assist, intelligent cruise, and front and rear park assist. What we didn't like: The seats were not very comfortable, and the road noise while driving at highway speeds was unacceptable (this may be caused by the goodyear tires). I don't mean to say this is a bad car, it just didn't meet our expectations. We traded after 7 months for a 2024 Infiniti QX60, which we absolutely love.

Nice inside out
I sold my Elantra due to many issues and also in need a decent SUV for future road trips. After some research and consideration, I ended up buying Highlander AWD. I love this car. Audio entertainment is cool (with wireless Airplay), and other perks. I don't understand other reviews saying it has bad noise level. I don't experience it; in fact, this car is the quietest vehicle I have had. So far, I am very happy with Highlander and not regret buying it.

The worst of Toyota, the 2023 Highland Limited 2.4
The 2023 Toyota Highlander 2.4 Turbo Limited has been the worst Vehicle in general we have own. Terrible wind noise from the doors, the engine is weak and stragglers to generate power giving you a feel for a manual transmission wrong downshifting gear or starving for fuel, the materials inside feel so cheap it reminds of a Ford Tempo car. The rear seats on the 3rd roll are a joke, too small even for a kid with a booster. It’s hard saying the true since we been Toyota fans for many years, we also own 2020 4Runner which is still a much better SUV.

Long Search - Perfect Car
My 4th Highlander in the past 23 years. I like everything about this one, as has been true with all I have owned. The updated features in this 25 Grand Highlander are taking some getting used to, but once I figured them out,, they are very easy to use. I particularly like the large screen on the media platform and having Apple Car Play for my first time. I also am impressed with the acceleration available when going up hills, or merging into traffic on a freeway. The only thing I would change if I could have is to buy the hybrid model to get better gas milage. However, after a very long search to find a limited model with a bench back seat (which the one I bought has), we could not find a hybrid with a bench seat.
2023 LE - I like this car
I like the car. I don't have most of the problems in the other reviews. I find the car to be comfortable and quite on long drives. We use a smaller car for local driving. I have the non hybrid 4 cylinder. The acceleration is not always smooth and the radio controls are still a puzzle, but I don't have wind noise. The car came with Michelin tires and I don't notice much road noise. I agree that the third row is only for small children. I'm usually getting 27 or 28 mpg and using regular gas. After 9,000 miles there have been zero repair issues. The cruise control and traffic warning systems work well. I was worried about visibility but the large mirrors combined with the traffic warning systems work well. If you accelerate hard while turning the car has an issue with torque steering, so don't do that. I like the front seats. The brakes seem good to me as does the eight speed transmission. UPDATE - After 25,000 miles I still recommend the car. I have had no repair issues. The engine has become quieter and the mileage on the interstate is usually above 29 mpg. The mpg for short in town trips is commonly around 20. We continue to use a different (and much cheaperand smaller) car for almost all of our in town trips.
