lack of comfort

The car feels much heavier than previous models. Steering wheel is very stiff and hard to turn due to the geometry of the car. Driver seat is not comfortable, back and should pains constantly. Speed and acceleration is the same like the previous models. UPDATE: AC wont cool the car down, Even on max. It seems like its a common issue with the 2025 models. I’ve seen a lot of cars at the dealer with this complaint.

Toyota lost their way

I used to look forward to getting camry rental cars. Although boring, they were relatively quiet and drove decently. All of the driving aid/lane keeping are subpar to kia, Ford, Chevy, but still an ok car. Just rented a 2025 and it's awful. The screen keeps going white and unresponsive. The drive train is a clunky mess. Ebrake keeps auto engaging. All the new Toyotas are junk. Biggest recalls in history on tundra tacoma sequoia engines, transmissions, interior quality. What the heck happened to Toyota?

Very uncomfortable headrest and roof handle

2025 Toyota Camry LE 4dr Sedan (2.5L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)

The good: The gas mileage of Camry LE 2025 hybrid is amazing! I drove over 510 mile and only take 10 gallon to fill it up. The bad: The handles on the roof is over my shoulder, for both front seat and back seat. Should move forward at least half foot. The terrible: The headrests on back seat is way too forward. Bending my head very uncomfortably. I have to move my head between two headrest. BTW, I am a typical 5'10 male. I was a fan of Toyota and Lexus. I owned Camry before. 2025 Camry is the most uncomfortable car I've ever experienced.

Have an SE with AWD. Car is very sluggish, and the engine revs at low speed without giving it any gas. Very noisy. MPG only around 35 with just 2 fill ups so far. Comfort, performance and road noise on a par with previous models-not that good. Disappointed.

Very nice car but has minor issues

2025 Toyota Camry XSE 4dr Sedan AWD (2.5L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)

The 2025 Toyota Camry XSE is *very* comfortable and easy to drive. The only issue I have with the car is that the multimedia system display is very slow, making a selection (music, map, etc.) leads to a fairly long delay. Voice commands rarely work and are also very delayed. I tried pairing my Iphone 15 Pro Max with 5G (4 bars) and that didn't help, the delays persist. Several main multimedia functions are completely disabled without a subscription $19 per month. Overall it's a nice car, a bit lacking in HP and torque but a good starter car for most people.
