Used 2005 Scion xB 4dr Wagon (1.5L 4cyl 4A) Consumer Reviews
Good for the price
The 2005 Scion xB is easy and fun to drive in traffic and very responsive. It is very easy to park in tight places. It does lack in power on the freeways and the gas mileage drops off at higher speeds, but I am still able to maintain 26 mpg or better at 75 mph. I get over 30 mpg at slower speeds. The ride is stiff and uncomfortable for long hauls. This car is very good in cities and short drives. The front bumper is only 5" off the ground so watch those curb blocks.
Good honest car
The Scion xB provides the best value, utility, and reliability expectations in this price range. Plus is has a good expected trade in value and low maintenance expenses. It has a good ride, the noise level is acceptable, cargo space is amazing, and its finish quality good - haven't found anything disappointing yet. i have been [leased with my dealership's professionalism, and found the car to be sound and secure feeling. Its boxy design, with vertical sides, give ample shoulder room for three people in the back seat, but the vertical widshield catches a lot of bugs! It needs a good deflector.

2005 Scion xB automatic
I love my Scion xB. I am a mom and this vehicle gets me where we need to go safely. It is great on gas which is especially nice with the cost these days.
